ABOUT OUR CLASS

Mini-Mites & Me (formerly known as Coffee & Cartwheels) is an open play (non-structured) activity designed for caretakers and children to engage in age-appropriate physical activities and bonding experiences.

​

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

The 30 minutes involve circuits with stations,  using trampolines, ropes, bars, beams, foam pits, and more to introduce basic movements through music, and obstacle courses. Socialize with other children in this age appropriate activity!  Caregivers actively participate during this 'open play' style experience.

COST   

CLASSES ARE FREE FOR THE COMMUNITY (but you are required to sign up online each week to attend)
