Gold Medal Gymnastics Show Information

HAPPY GOLD MEDAL SHOW WEEK! 

Please review the important show information below:

SHOW ARRIVAL

• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your show time and no later than 5 minutes before.

• We will do our best to begin promptly at your child’s regular class time.

• Shows take place during your child’s normal class day/time.

• Exception: Saturday Junior Gym-Mites will begin at 10:15 AM.

SHOW LENGTH

• Shows will last approximately 30 minutes (maximum).

• After your child’s show, please plan to exit promptly so we can clear seating and parking areas for the next group of students.

SPECTATORS

• If possible, please limit attendance to adults only.

• Children attending as spectators may not sit in chairs or on window seating, as those spaces are reserved for adults.

• Limited floor seating will be available for children—please make sure they remain in that designated area.

WHAT TO WEAR

• Regular gymnastics attire (purple shirts are not needed)

• Hair tied back securely

• No jewelry of any kind

• Text messages and phone calls will most likely not be answered after 2:00 PM on show days

• We still have one more week of classes after show week

• Cupcake parties are next week! 

• Level 4 Teams: Class will end at 7:00 PM next week (not 7:30 PM)
