You are signing up for advanced girls gymnastics level four team ages six and up on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:30 with Mr. Mike. The first class will start on Wednesday, September 9 and the last class will be Wednesday, December 17      we will not miss any days or holidays or school closures except for the week of Thanksgiving   
 
To streamline our registration process, we have transitioned to a digital waiver and release form that you'll need to fill out prior to the first class, separate from this sign-up. Each child will need a separate waiver and release, which will be emailed to you for your records after you submit. The waiver and release can be found here: https://forms.gle/i1QUjY99ZwNoQzeRA.
