You are signing up for advanced girls gymnastics level four team ages six and up on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30 with Mr. Mike. 
the first class will start on June 29th and last class will be August 3rd. We will not have any missed classes for holidays or other.  
 
The price has been prorated if you’re signing up after the week of June 29th so that you are not paying for missed classes. 
 
To streamline our registration process, we have transitioned to a digital waiver and release form that you'll need to fill out prior to the first class, separate from this sign-up. Each child will need a separate waiver and release, which will be emailed to you for your records after you submit. The waiver and release can be found here: https://forms.gle/i1QUjY99ZwNoQzeRA.
