You are signing up for advanced preschool gymnastics class (SUPERMITES) on MONDAY from 6:00 to 6:45 with Mr. Mike 
The first class will start on Monday, September 14 and the last class will be Monday, December 14th.   The gym will be closed the week of Thanksgiving however we will have classes on that Monday to make up for the missed Monday on Labor Day.    
 
To streamline our registration process, we have transitioned to a digital waiver and release form that you'll need to fill out prior to the first class, separate from this sign-up. Each child will need a separate waiver and release, which will be emailed to you for your records after you submit. The waiver and release can be found here: https://forms.gle/i1QUjY99ZwNoQzeRA.
